Creator content and private requests

Creator profiles, uploaded profile images, banners, published posts, rankings, and connected public social content can appear in Discover. Views and follows are used to show aggregate engagement. Unlisted profiles can still be accessed through their shared links.

A creator request includes the question, selected players, and your response history. With your explicit approval, we share a snapshot of league settings, team names, team rosters, starting slots, and waiver options with your selected creator. Authentication credentials and manager contact details are not part of that snapshot. Sharing a request does not grant permission to publish or stream your private information.

Safety reports, reported content, moderation decisions, blocks, and acceptance of community and sharing terms are processed to protect the community. Authorized moderators can review reported private requests and relevant evidence.

Creator data deletion and financial records

Account deletion removes your creator workspace, public posts, profile uploads stored in that workspace, private request content involving your account, claims, and free-question codes. Open held requests return reserved credits before their content is removed. Other participants will no longer have access to deleted request content.

Limited pseudonymous purchase, credit-ledger, refund, order, and payout records are retained as needed for financial reconciliation, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Earned but unpaid creator amounts require settlement review after account closure. Limited safety evidence may be retained where necessary to investigate abuse or defend a claim. Payment and identity providers may retain their own required records.

Copies already shared outside Fantasy Hub or independently published by external social platforms are controlled by those services. Deleting your account does not delete those external copies.

Information we collect

Account information, such as your name, verified email address, account identifier, and authentication status.

Fantasy-platform information you choose to connect, including usernames or league identifiers, league settings, rosters, matchups, transactions, and related fantasy-football data.

Preferences and activity needed to provide the service, including theme choices, saved leagues, decision history, simulation inputs, subscription status, and notification preferences.

Device and diagnostic information, such as push-notification tokens, app version, device platform, network status, and error details used to operate and secure the service.

Purchase information from Apple or our payment processor. Fantasy Hub does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

In-app usage analytics, including pages visited, time spent with the app in the foreground, device class, app version, and purchase-flow outcomes. Purchase confirmations may include product identifiers, transaction identifiers, price, currency, and whether the purchase used Apple's testing environment.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; connect and refresh leagues; generate rankings, recommendations, simulations, reports, and alerts; remember account preferences; process subscriptions; provide support; prevent abuse; and improve reliability.

Fantasy Hub does not use your data for cross-app advertising and does not sell personal information.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that help us deliver Fantasy Hub, including authentication, hosting, database, payment, app-distribution, notification, and error-diagnostic providers.

AppsFlyer processes app usage and purchase analytics to help us understand feature usage and improve the purchase experience. These analytics events do not include your email address, league names, roster contents, or payment-card details.

When you connect a league, Fantasy Hub communicates with the selected fantasy platform to retrieve the information needed to provide requested features. Those platforms process information under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and control

We retain account information while your account is active and keep other information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, security, and dispute resolution.

You can disconnect supported fantasy accounts, disable notifications in device settings, manage subscriptions through Apple or the applicable billing portal, and request account deletion from the account controls in Fantasy Hub. Account deletion removes saved connections, preferences, league snapshots, decision records, notification tokens, and subscription records subject to legally required retention.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Fantasy Hub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as Fantasy Hub evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
